Manage or cancel a subscription
Connect to the internet. In Settings, open Account & subscription, sign in with the purchasing NiyaJar account, and choose Manage subscription. This opens the service where you purchased: Stripe for web purchases, Google Play for Android, or Apple subscriptions for iPhone and iPad. Follow its cancellation steps and check the confirmation and access end date.
Turning off renewal keeps access until the paid period ends; it does not request a refund. Uninstalling NiyaJar or deleting your account does not cancel billing.
Request a refund
Use the Apple or Google refund links for store purchases. For a web purchase through Stripe, email support with the purchasing platform and order reference, if available. Eligibility and timing depend on the purchase, provider and applicable rights. Do not send passwords, recovery keys or full payment-card details.
